Are these products safe to use around children and pets?
Yes, when used as directed. Every formula is built on plant-derived surfactants with no chlorine bleach and no ammonia, so there are no harsh fumes. Cleaning products are still chemicals: keep them sealed, store them out of reach, and let a room air out after a deep clean.
What is actually in the formulas?
Plant-derived surfactants, food-grade acids such as citric acid, essential oils and purified water. Every ingredient is listed in full on the product page — there is no catch-all "fragrance" line hiding the detail.
How do the refills work?
You buy the bottle once, then top it up from a concentrate pouch. One pouch makes roughly five full bottles, works out cheaper per wash, and uses about 80% less plastic than buying five new bottles.
Do they work in hard water?
Yes. The formulas are pH-balanced to keep working in hard water, and the bathroom range uses citric acid specifically to break down limescale rather than just cleaning around it.
Will the scent linger?
The scent comes from essential oils rather than synthetic fixatives, so it is noticeable for two to three hours after cleaning and then fades. It will not sit in a room for days the way a synthetic fragrance does.
How should I store them?
Somewhere cool and out of direct sunlight, with the cap closed. Sealed bottles keep for 24 months; once opened, use within 12 months. Concentrate pouches keep for 24 months unopened.
