Where is my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships. Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 working days. If tracking hasn't moved in 48 hours, send us your order number and we'll chase it.
Can I return something?
Unopened products with the seal intact can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For safety reasons we can't accept opened cleaning products unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
What's actually in your formulas?
Plant-derived surfactants, food-grade acids and essential oils. Every ingredient is listed in full on the product page — no 'fragrance' catch-alls hiding the detail.
How much is shipping?
Free on orders over Rs.699. Below that, a flat fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
How do refills work?
Buy the bottle once, then top it up from a concentrate pouch. One pouch makes roughly five bottles and uses about 80% less plastic.
